Crying of the things gone wrong,
Sobbing through your jaded song,
If silence is golden and i am your pawn,
With pleasure i take this,
My meaning is wrong.

Lying to the ones i love,
Moonlit flight on woes above,
If ignorance is bliss and i have your trust,
With disgrace i take this,
Hateful with lust.

Dreaming of the things i need,
Distain, pure malice, you teach such greed,
If all the kings horses and all the kings men,
Were to hear this lullabye,
What would be then?

Waking up in grey bleak light,
Feeling the echoes of your fight,
My eyes they blur with things i lose,
To dream, to live, to die, to choose.
